Does getting married change your insurance?

Just how can we get medical health  insurance ?
"Alright im getting my first vehicle and im 17...i stay with step dad and my mother. My mom cant and my stepdad cant get yourself a permit and his backIt and I have recently transferred my driving test and when I obtain a quote from the car  insurance   firm it always. I still obtain the same result although I've tried putting myself under my mom's brand as an additional driver. I understand folks who are the exact same era with same vehicle and also have been able to acquire their insurance for a little over 1000. Are there any businesses that can help me to get a lower estimate (do not recommend assess websites because they're more expensive). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
